💷 How Our Fees Work
Our fees are based on a monthly system and are invoiced in advance.
- Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and must be paid in full and cleared by that date
- Fees are payable even during holidays, absences, or sickness, except during one week of closure at Christmas (please check nursery closure dates)
- Fee responsibility lies with the parent or carer who signs the registration agreement
- Late payments will incur a charge of £10 per week while fees remain outstanding
Fees are reviewed periodically. If a change is made, we will give at least one month’s written notice. If you do not wish to accept the revised fee, you may end the agreement with one month’s notice.

- A non-refundable deposit of one week’s fees is required
- This deposit will be deducted from your first month’s invoice

📆 Session Fees & Funding
We offer flexible sessions and work closely with parents to provide affordable, high-quality childcare. A full breakdown of our fees and funded options is available upon request, but here are the key points:
- 15 and 30 hour funded places are available for eligible 2, 3, and 4-year-olds (check if you're eligible: gov.uk)
- Funded hours are delivered during term-time only (38 weeks) or stretched across the year depending on availability
- Funded places do not cover meals, snacks, or consumables, which may be charged separately
Please speak to the nursery manager for full details and current availability.
⏰ Late Payments & Outstanding Fees
We take timely payments seriously to ensure smooth running of the nursery:
- Payments not received and cleared by the 1st of the month are deemed late
- Late payments incur a £50 charge, which must be paid within 4 weeks
- Continued non-payment may result in suspension of childcare provision, and one month’s notice will be added to the termination of your child’s place
🏖️ Holiday Club
We run a Holiday Club for children during school breaks. This service is available to both current nursery children and older siblings (subject to availability).
- £22 per full-day session
- Includes all meals and activities
Ideal for working parents who need care during term breaks in a fun, engaging environment.
🕒 Early & Late Sessions
We offer extended hours to help support busy families.
- Early drop-offs and late pickups are available
- Details on times and additional fees are available on request
